Fedha Books is operated by Fedha Technology Limited in Jamaica. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, business name, phone) and the business data you enter — invoices, payroll, expenses and related records — so the service can do its job.

How we use it

To provide and improve Fedha Books: running your books, calculating statutory deductions, sending the reminders and emails you ask for, and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your data, ever.

Storage & security

Your data is stored on our hosting and protected with encryption in transit. We keep regular backups so you don't lose your records. Access is limited to what's needed to operate the service.

Sharing

We only share data with the providers needed to run Fedha Books (for example, our email delivery and payment partners), and only as required to deliver the features you use.

Your choices

You can access, correct or export your data from within the app, and request deletion of your account. Contact us and we'll help.
