Welcome to Fedha Books, accounting and payroll management software operated by Fedha Technology Limited in Jamaica. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity on your account. Provide accurate business information so payroll and tax calculations are correct.

Acceptable use

Use Fedha Books only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other customers' data, or reverse-engineer the software.

Subscriptions & billing

The Starter plan is free. Paid plans (Business and Pro) begin with a 14-day trial. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription. You can cancel at any time; your data remains yours.

Your data

Your books belong to you. We store and back up your data to provide the service and never sell it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Availability & liability

We work hard to keep Fedha Books reliable, but the service is provided “as is.” Fedha Books is a tool to assist with bookkeeping and statutory calculations and is not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
